Almost anywhere! City parks, mountain overlooks, by the river... We know the perfect spots and can help you navigate any permit requirements.

The only rule is to wear what feels authentic to you! For an adventurous elopement, that might mean sturdy boots with a wedding dress, or a linen suit perfect for a forest ceremony. Or, if your vision is saying "I do" in a full gown and tuxedo on a mountaintop, we absolutely encourage you to go for it! Prioritize comfort for your location, but never feel you have to compromise on your vision.

You must bring a valid, unexpired TN marriage license and an unexpired government-issued ID for both parties. No exceptions.

You will need to use your TN Marriage License within 30 days from the date it is issued.
We will not marry anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent. No exceptions.

Travel is free within Chattanooga city limits! Outside the city, a fee of $0.75 per mile (round trip) applies.
